    I could not wait to receive this book. Having followed Hannah on YouTube and Instagram I was so excited to read this journey and to to deepen my own practice. It is such an inspiring read. I could not put it down other than to do my yoga practice! I pick it up and read over chapters again and still find something new to think about. I definitely recommend this book.
