In the meantime, here are some new books we love..

And our Book of the Month...

Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? "This feels like the perfect book to reset some thinking in the new year and to help you look after yourself. During the pandemic, many of us have become more aware of how we are feeling emotionally and this book acts as a toolkit to help keep you going. I have found it extremely valuable in providing methods to help understand and deal with how I may be feeling. Advice is presented simply without any difficult vocabulary. Chapters range from general advice to look after yourself with things like better diet and sleep to more specific issues that can provide the understanding to help deal with a variety of challenges in life such as grief, confidence, motivation, stress and helping others who are struggling. I am not someone who has ever been diagnosed with any mental health issues and I do not feel like I am feeling particularly low right now, reading through this book though, it was very easy to recognize times over the past year or so that I wasn’t particularly happy and I now have a much better understanding of to recognize how I am feeling, what may have caused it and how I can better respond to this. I am very glad that I have read this book and I will be reading it again and referring to chapters as and when life’s challenges arise. I have come through reading this with a confidence and positivity that I can be better equipped to maintain my mental health throughout the year ahead. I fully recommend this to everyone."
