AUTHOR: Emma Hollingsworth is a trained accountant with a first in Economics from Birmingham University. With a high pressure job Emma wanted to find ways to improve her diet and be healthier, and so she cut out gluten, sugar and other allergens before qualifying as a certified health coach (IIN) and starting to develop her own healthy treats.
