    Positive and hopeful

Posted by Sue on 20th Mar 2021

Never read any Matt Haig but liked the idea of the story. I've really enjoyed it, it's an easy read and a timely reflection on mindfulness and self awareness. I finished it feeling positive and hopeful and I would recommend it. In this current dreary times it's been a good read for me. Thanks Matt

    A good easy read.

This is one of those easy to read books, which requires little thought and is great for a bit of escapism.

    The Midnight Library

Posted by Pat Olner on 7th Mar 2021

I'm a great admirer of Matt's writing ;he makes no secret of the fact he has suffered from depression in fact he has written several books on the subject, so it's no surprise he has continued the theme here .
It's one of those what would happen if .... sort of books, someone , in this case Nora ,has a decision to make .
A bit simplistic , with an inevitable end, not one of his best in my opinion , though many disagree!
