    Having read How Not To Die this is the next logical purchase to enable me to practice what Micheal Gregor advises. He also had a smart phone app that supports eating healthily. Some excellent recipes - have just got back from a shopping expedition and will eat well this week.
    Highly recommend this and the How Not To Die book.

    love this book. Full of great recipes, great photos and great hints and tips. I have only had the book a few days and have already cooked 2 recipes and they were very tasty and easy to make.

    The recipes are easy to understand, with different ratings for difficulty, most of the items are things you have in with the occasional exception. insightful information, interesting, pictures are an accurate depiction of what the food looked like (even when I've cooked it), the food cooked so far has tasted good. Would recommend to anyone, but especially if you are looking for a new Vegan Cookbook.
