New York, 1969. Gay Rights protests escalated into the Stonewall Riots as a community fought back against institutional discrimination. A pivotal moment for the Gay liberation movement in the West, this eventually became PRIDE; a celebration LGBTQ+ culture.

June has become a month in which we can reflect on people's continued struggle for sexual freedom, as well as affording us an opportunity to laud the richness that LGBTQ+ acceptance has brought to our modern lives.
