    It reinforces things about life and eating I’ve gradually been realising. Lockdown has emphasised how much we need to care gently for ourselves not beating our selves up for not being perfect in our choices.

    There is a lot of information in this book, some of which I was already aware, but also details of new studies and ideas on healthier eating. I have found it very readable and have been enjoying some of the recipes.
