AUTHOR: Letitia Clark is a food writer, illustrator and chef. Born in Devon, Letitia gained a degree and Masters in English Literature before deciding to pursue her other passion, food, and to train as a chef. She completed the Leiths diploma in Food and Wine and went on to work in some of London's top restaurants, including Spring, Morito and The Dock Kitchen. In 2017 she moved from East London to Sardinia, and began writing about food, as well as continuing her work as an illustrator.

    Don't get me wrong it's a lovely book and it gives a lovely insight into the sardinian way of life. However too many recipes use bottarga which at £15.80 for 80g make these recipes eyewaterimgly expensive. Also the fish dishes use common place Sardinian fish but difficult to get here. I will dip into this book but it won't be one of my go to

    I have been waiting for this book to arrive for so long. Reading it I am transported right back to Sardinia. The recipes are really good and varied from the usual sort you would see in an Italian cookbook. I can’t wait to try out a few dishes! It has been well worth the wait!!
